Created in 1969 by restaurant manager Walter Chell in Calgary, Alberta. He recalled that in Venice, they served spaghetti with tomato sauce & clams & figured that this combination would make a good drink. His Italian ancestry led him to call the drink a “Caesar”.

• All purchases made after 4pm Friday will be processed starting the following Tuesday.
• All online Clarity Cocktail orders must be picked up at Twisted Lemon Restaurant at 3 Norton Street West, Cayuga, Ontario N0A1E0.
• Online and phone orders will be ready for pick up from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am until 4:00pm.
• All online orders (except for Advent Calendars) will be fulfilled within 2 business days. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a copy of your email confirmation when you arrive to pick-up your order.
