We recommend at least 1 week in advance for a reservation and up to 2 or 3 weeks for special occasions and busy seasons. Just give us a call and we are happy to help you out.

Twisted Lemon is in a rural area with little to no walk-in traffic. Staff are scheduled, product is purchased and guests are accommodated based on reservations. A credit card provides a mutual commitment, and also extends a courtesy to other guests and staff for that evening. In the event that a reservation does "not show" or give ample notice to cancel, we are unable to properly accommodate other guests.

We require 24hrs notice to cancel a reservation, adjust the number of guests in your party and in the event of unforeseen circumstances please call and we will speak on an individual basis. Without the above notice we reserve the right to charge the credit card $50 per person.

ABSOLUTELY! We accept walk-ins during our operating hours up until 9pm.

If guests or tables are late for their reservation the allotted amount of dining time does not change. For example, if you have a reservation at 530 and the table is rebooked at 730 then all guests at the table will still need to be finished dining, paid and on their way by 730 at the latest. If you are late for your reservation you will just have less time to dine.

Yes. Because we the Twisted Lemon Kitchen makes everything from scratch we are able to make multiple adjustments to most of the items to make sure that you are able to enjoy the experience. Note: We are not a nut free, gluten free, shellfish free environment but we are very careful to not cross contaminate as long as you inform us ahead of time.

Yes. We always have at least a couple of vegan and vegetarian items on the menu for you to choose from. We are also open to creating dishes for you as long as we have enough notice.

No. The date night menu is unique to each Thursday and everyone who orders it for that night receives the same menu. As a result we are not able to accommodate ANY adjustments or restrictions.

Twisted Lemon does not have a children's menu. We are happy to chat with the parents and the children to create a delicious option for them using the many house made options that we have in the Kitchen.

Wednesday is our Taste Of Twisted Lemon Menu, Thursday is our Date Night Menu and we offer our full regular menu as well as any features each night Wednesday through Saturday.

No. for 14 years Twisted Lemon has taken great pride in being a non-pretentions environment that is welcoming to all. Please feel free to come in blue jeans and a tee shirt OR if you are looking to dress up and look your best we are that environment too. NOTE: We do not allow ANY attire that is offensive, hateful, non-inclusive or discriminating in any way.

Yes. All guests who are of legal drinking age are permitted to bring their own bottle of wine and we will charge $35 per bottle corkage. Hard liquor and beer are not permitted.

Currently, with exception to P.B. & J. (which is dairy-free & clarified with oat milk), the entire Clarity menu has milk in it (so is not dairy free). Clarity Cocktails are produced in an environment which is not nut-free. While some spirits are gluten-free, others aren’t. Check ingredients to identify any allergy or aversion ingredients you may have & please contact us if you have any questions.

Clarity cocktails are "shelf-stable", as all solids have been removed through a clarification process, and may be stored in your refrigerator or unopened at room temperature. All cocktails are bottled in sanitized conditions and based on storage conditions, they should last for months. Like a fine wine, it’s normal to sometimes find a little sediment at the bottom of a bottle, especially if it has been sitting for some time. Once opened, we recommend storing in your refrigerator and consuming within one week to ensure quality, as after it has left Twisted Lemon, we cannot ensure that it has not been in contact with any other food product.

As no mix, garnish or straw is required, Clarity cocktails may be consumed right out of the bottle!  We like to serve them cold, over ice, such as a larger 'king cube'. Cocktails may change slightly as not all lemons are created equally; some are just sourer. Recipe ingredients & brands may change based on availability. Cocktails range from crystal clear to opaque. Our ever-changing minds & experiences have a stronger influence on why we start to like or dislike new flavours. Be open-minded & have fun!

ABV (alcohol by volume) is listed with each cocktail. This is the measure of alcoholic strength per cocktail. The higher the percentage of alcohol in each cocktail, the stronger the cocktail is. Please drink responsibly, and you must be 19 years of age or older to purchase and enjoy Clarity cocktails.

No. Clarity cocktails are a part of our take out program and may only be picked up at Twisted Lemon Restaurant & Boutique Inn, 3 Norton Street West, Cayuga, during business hours. Each Clarity cocktail order is accompanied with a bag of lemon-pepper twists! Delivery options are based on proximity and may be organized directly through Twisted Lemon. Please call for details. 

Twisted Lemon takes the safety and health of our guests and staff to be our utmost priority at all times, practising high standards of sanitization and disinfection routinely. Any staff showing symptoms of illness are instructed to self care at home prior to returning to work.
