We don't expect them to, but in this ever-changing world, sometimes prices evolve to reflect rising costs.
Experiences are based on availability.
If the date you're hoping is already booked, rest assured, we'll help you find an alternate fit!
Each individual business operates independently.
Twisted Lemon will coordinate & process your payment for any arrangements made in regards to a Twisted Lemon experience, package, stay, or reservation. You will then be connected to the other independent business who‘s additional experience you wish to book. Referral businesses will process your payment for their experiences directly & will communicate their booking & cancellation details.
Things happen, we understand! If you know you need to cancel...
Cancellations for Twisted Lemon bookings made 8 or more days outside of their booking date will receive a full refund. Payments are non-refundable for cancellations made in 7 days or less. Connect with separate & individual businesses for their own booking & cancellation details.
All experiences & add-ons are subject to HST.
Your final bill with Twisted Lemon will be calculated, plus HST & charged within 72 hrs of your departure. You will not be billed by Twisted Lemon for any additional experiences made with another business.
Gratuities have not been added to any experiences, services or products.
While never expected, gratuities are always appreciated & are at your discretion.

How do I build my Experiential Getaway?
- Pick an Experiential Getaway to enjoy.
- Visit twistedlemon.ca & fill out the Experiential Getaway Form.
You’ll be asked questions like how many people are in your group, a date that you would prefer, which experiential getaway you’d like to have, & additional details that will help us coordinate with you. - Begin coordination!
A coordinator from info@twistedlemon.ca will reach out to you within 48 hours of our regular business hours.
We'll help you to make all of your arrangements, from:

What days of the week are you open?
The Twisted Lemon Boutique Inn is open Wednesday through Saturday evenings.

What are the check in/out times?
Check in is at 3pm & check out is at 11am (we are happy to safely store your luggage if needed). Please contact if you would like to check-in earlier/later.
How accessible are the rooms?
Please note that there are a few stairs on the outdoor deck leading up to the inn door & there is a flight of stairs once inside. There is a hand rail for support, but no lift. Please be sure to contact us if we can assist.
How do I get into the rooms?
Twisted Lemon will provide you with all check-in & check-out details when you make your booking to ensure that you & your belongings are secure.
Is there parking on-site?
There is ample parking on Norton Street (directly in front of the inn) & in the Twisted Lemon Restaurant lot. Additionally, public street parking is also an option.
