Tanqueray Dry Gin, Campari, Dillon’s Small Batch Sweet Vermouth, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, orange oleo saccharum. ABV 19%.
Bitter and fruity, tart and sweet all at the same time. This classic Italian cocktail is traditionally made with equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari. For this version, we chose Dillon’s Small Batch Sweet Vermouth, from just around our corner, in Beamsville, Ontario.
You’ll think we’re messing with you because our clarified version of this bright red concoction is transparently clear.

• All purchases made after 4pm Friday will be processed starting the following Tuesday.
• All online Clarity Cocktail orders must be picked up at Twisted Lemon Restaurant at 3 Norton Street West, Cayuga, Ontario N0A1E0.
• Online and phone orders will be ready for pick up from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am until 4:00pm.
• All online orders (except for Advent Calendars) will be fulfilled within 2 business days. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a copy of your email confirmation when you arrive to pick-up your order.
