The Minga Cafe & Shared Harvest Farm

The Minga Café was established as an eatery & community centre to provide an inclusive space where all people can come together for the common good. Shared Harvest is a registered not for profit, certified organic farm. They’re proud to supply nutritious & fresh produce to The Minga’s plant-rich, fair-trade menu.

Together, they’ve created an gathering space for all members of the community to experience healthy food & shared conversations.

Meet under the willows at the farm for a plant based Italian lunch with discussion on the benefits of a plant rich diet. Topics include disease prevention & reversal & planetary health.
