PCOC – Pleasure Craft Operators Card
SVOP – Small Vessel Operator Proficiency
MED/A3 – Marine Emergency Duties
ROC(M) – Restricted Operator’s Certificate Maritime (VHF) with DSC Endorsement
CPR-A/AED – Marine First Aid + CPR A and Automated External Defibrillator

TAKE TO THE LAKE

Saturdays | Group Size: 2-3

Cost: Starts at $455 +HST (group of 2)
Or $500 +HST (group of 3)

Schedule:
8am–2pm: chartered fishing trip
3pm: check in to rooms
4pm–5:30pm: time to relax before dinner
6pm–8:30pm: book a dinner reservation with Twisted Lemon Restaurant & Boutique Inn

Includes:
• 6 hour fishing excursion
• a Twisted Lemon curated lunch
• fish to be cleaned by Captain, then vacuum sealed

CAPTAIN + CHEF’S TABLE

Saturdays | Group Size: 4

Cost: Starts at $1,180 +HST

Includes everything from Take to the Lake, PLUS:
• 4 course personal Chef’s Table Dinner (with fish caught that day!)
• dinner with the Captain (Matt)
• fish may be stored in Twisted Lemon freezer until you are ready to travel home!

Note: If required, due to weather, boat may be moved from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario.
*arrangements can be made to drop off luggage, etc to Twisted Lemon before 8am
