Mother's Day Dine In Menu 2023
CHOICE OF APPETIZER
Basil marinated baby bocconcini, roma tomatoes, watermelon, honeydew, roasted tomato, vinaigrette, shaved prosciutto, fried basil, pesto.
CHOICE OF MAIN COURSE
Asparagus and parmesan poached salmon, warm barley salad with tomato, cucumber, fennel, lemon, arugula, orange segments, blood orange and caper hollandaise, crispy capers, radish sprouts.
Black garlic butter, lemon garlic sautéed asparagus tips and garden radishes, baked sweet potato stack with chive sour cream, butter and pea shoot chimichurri.
Hand-rolled sweet & Yukon Gold potato gnocchi, mushroom sage cream sauce.
Buttermilk southern-fried chicken with cornbread waffle. Twisted lemon garden greens. Finished with pumpkin seed pesto, apple-balsamic reduction and buttermilk creole ranch.
